What is the return/exchange policy? Health regulations prohibit
returns of these types of products (you obviously cant resell a used item and
there is no way to tell if a returned item has been used). Defective items will
be replaced with the exact same model only. There are no exchanges or returns
of videos or dvds, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title
only. Any returns of defects must be approved in advance and must be unused items
with complete packaging. Undeliverable/refused packages will be charged a 30%
restocking fee plus shipping charges.
